Here we go! Here is the final animatic created from my storyboards we used for our Production class before going into Maya and animating out everything properly. Enjoy!

Dark Star!!!!

Here are the boards I did for one of our senior projects 'Dark Star' We were given a first draft script of the 1970's sci-fi classic Dark Star (you don't remember it? yeah we didn't either) and were tasked with creating a 90 second trailer for the film which was going to be done in Stereoscopic 3D!!!

As head of Story I whittled down the script into its key moments (there weren't many, it was a fairly boring movie from what I could tell) and set them in what I felt was a compelling way to sell the concept of the entire movie.

Here are the final Story Boards I put together for the entire project.

The final animatic we put together with these boards will be up shortly! Enjoy!

Man at the Movies

I didn't realize I hadn't had this posted yet! Here was a final for character animation class, the teacher gave us the scratch track and character sheet and we went from there.

I wish it wasn't quite so fast, he didn't give a lot of transition space between the lines but I guess you gotta work with whats given to ya huh?

Toys in the Attic

Oh man I forgot about this, here is a rough animatic I did for a group project some friends and I were working on our final Quarter at school. It was going to be a big multi student collab type project set to Pink Floyds 'Toys in the Attic'. It didn't get much farther than this stage unfortunately due to time restraints with us graduating and us not entirely knowing the legality of using Pink Floyds song (we were going to want to be able to submit it to festivals)

Without further ado, here is my little segment of 'The Trial"

Update

Hey Everybody, sorry its been so quiet round here lately, due to family sickness I have spent the last year or so helping my family out in this time of need, But I am ready to get back on the wagon and get into the groove of things once again. More work is on the way! Thanks for sticking it out with me all
